Inflatables For Hire
Elite Bounce provide a large range of inflatables from bouncy castles to event inflatables. Our Bouncy Castles are available for back gardens, sports halls, community centres, school fetes and more in Oxfordshire including; Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Faringdon, Grove, Henley, Wallingford, Wantage and all surrounding villages.
Before booking, please ensure you read the following processes:
Booking
• AVAILABILITY - Please select the inflatable you are looking to hire & click ‘book now’ on the relevant page to check availability on your selected date. If the product is unavailable, the booking system will show you products that are available on that date.
• DEPOSIT - We only require a 50% deposit upon booking, with an outstanding balance email sent 14 days prior to your hire. All payments are made online.
• CONFIRMATION - Please note, your booking is not confirmed unless your deposit has been paid, however it may be saved within our system. If you wish to cancel or reschedule please let us know as soon as possible.
Delivery slots
Peak Season (Apr-Sep)
• GARDEN HIRES - please select the '11.00am - 12.00pm' delivery slot & '5.00pm - 6.00pm'. Theses deliveries will start from 7.30am - 12.00pm in the fastest order, and will be collected in the same route from 5.00pm (First delivery, First collection etc), which will provide you with a minimum of 6 hours hire.
• VENUE HIRES - available between 11.00am-6.00pm. Please select your ideal drop off/collection time slots. These times slots are not confirmed until you have spoken to the head office (01235 417513). We only have the capacity for 2 venue drops per hour, so please book early to avoid disappointment. We do require 1 hour before/after your party incase of any delays (traffic etc). Please enter all the relevant details (Garden hire/venue times) on the ‘notes’ section of your booking form.
Off Peak Season (Oct-Mar)
• OUTDOOR HIRES - restricted and are subject to weather conditions.
• VENUE HIRES - available between 11.00am-6.00pm. Please select your ideal drop off/collection time slots. These times slots are not confirmed until you have spoken to the head office (01235 417513). We only have the capacity for 2 venue drops per hour, so please book early to avoid disappointment. We do require 1 hour before/after your party incase we occur any delays (traffic etc). Please enter all the relevant details (Garden hire/venue times) on the ‘notes’ section of your booking form.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION - A member of our team will be in touch the day before your hire to confirm your delivery slot.
DELIVERY AREAS - We offer free delivery to select areas in Oxfordshire. If you are looking for delivery outside of Oxfordshire, please contact us for a quote.
Weather Conditions
All hires are subject to weather conditions. If the forecast is heavy rain or if wind speed/gusts exceed 24mph, your booking will be cancelled for safety reasons. You will be able to move your booking to a future date within 18 months. We will not make any decision until the morning of the hire, and use the MET office (https://www.metoffice.gov.uk) to guide our decision.
Please note, we do not hire on any outdoor hard surfaces, including artificial grass, for safety reasons
