Terms & Conditions of Hire.
Elite Bounce Ltd reserve the right to refuse hire at any point we feel the following regulations have not been adhered to. It is the hirers responsibility to follow these regulations accordingly. If the hirer is in any doubt to the meaning of the following, a representative from Elite Bounce should immediately be consulted. The hirer will, during the period of hire, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight of any sort and the behaviour of any person at any age using the equipment.
I. Bookings

Hirers must be aged 18 years or over, identification will be required where the hirer may not look the required age.

It is the hirers responsibility to check all required dimensions for space needed for our equipment. All our space requirements are clearly stated on each asset type. Upon arrival where equipment will not fit within the desired area. Elite Bounce Ltd reserve the right to 100% of hire costs.

Elite Bounce Ltd only hire on flat, grassed areas unless previously arranged. (Please call for hard standing details.)

Overnight hire is subject to secure garden and refundable security deposit. Care and security information will be given upon delivery of the inflatable. Elite Bounce Ltd reserve the right to refuse hire if our equipment is at any security risk. Two-forms of identification will be required for all overnight hires.

Public liability insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee. Wether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.

Elite Bounce Ltd excludes any liability for injury, loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to our terms & conditions.

Whilst the equipment is in the hirers possession and control. Liability for injuries or other losses caused, rests solely with the hirer. It is strongly recommend that the hirer has appropriate public liability insurance, covering his/her liability arising from the use of our equipment.
II. Booking Fees & Charges

Your deposit is a non — refundable booking fee, covering our administrative costs when reserving your equipment.

Booking fees are to be paid immediately, when equipment and dates have been reserved. Elite Bounce Ltd will not hold any dates for equipment without a booking fee paid.

Bookings under £200 are subject to normal booking fee charges of 50% rounded up to nearest £10.

Bookings £200 and over are subject to 50% booking fee of total hire costs with the final balance due 14 days prior to the event date.

Elite Bounce Ltd require payment in full 14 days prior for events such as weddings, engagements, christenings or where the hirer is not likely to be at the chosen hire venue. Please bear in mind we will not deliver to an unsecured location without the hirer being present.

Elite Bounce Ltd will require a call out charge of £35 per hour or part of, if needed to attend any event/premises where fault is not regarded as our own.

Any damage to any equipment provided by Elite Bounce Ltd as a result of negligence on the hirers part, will be charged accordingly.

Please treat our equipment with respect, mistreated, overly dirty inflatables when being collected will incur a £35 cleaning charge.
III. Cancellations

Hirers may cancel bookings by giving a minimum of 14 days notice.

Bookings under £200 If the hirer cancels giving 7 days notice, the 50% booking fee will be retained and any balance will be refunded. Cancellations within less than 7 days will be liable for the whole hire costs.

Bookings over £200 If the hirer cancels giving 14 days notice, the 50% booking fee will be retained and any balance will be refunded. Cancellations within less than 14 days will be liable for the whole hire costs.

Cancellations for adverse weather situations will not be refunded. Elite Bounce Ltd will not cancel a booking due to adverse weather conditions. The decision rests totally with the hirer, unless severe winds above 24mph are forecast.

Cancellations to bookings for adverse weather conditions by yourself or Elite Bounce Ltd are given four weeks from the original booking date to re-book any assets, after such time booking fees can not be transferred. You can move the booking date ONCE within any four week period, subject to assets being available. In such event the assets are unavailable, we will allow like for like assets to be chosen.

Refunds will be paid back to the account/payment method you provided when booking your assets.

Elite Bounce Ltd reserve the right to cancel any booking, where there is a potential health & safety risk to the hirer, their guests or the public. We operate a common sense approach in regard to weather conditions. Elite Bounce Ltd will not change our decision, our decision is final.

Please bear in mind, after equipment is installed, weather conditions may not make the equipment suitable for use.
IV. Delivery

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process for venues only. However you can schedule a delivery outside of our normal delivery hours of 6am - 12 noon if you wish.

Upon delivery the hirer must sign our hire agreement and pay any remaining balance when accepting delivery of the assets. Elite Bounce Ltd will not deliver any assets without the final balance paid either on delivery or prior to event date as in accordance with the above booking fees and charges.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. You will be liable for the whole hire costs if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
V. Terms of use

A responsible person over 18 years of age must supervise each inflatable at all times.

Any soft play and/or other equipment hired must also be supervised by a responsible adult.

The inflatable(s) must be secured to the ground at all times. The equipment must not be moved or re-positioned.
-
No food or drinks are to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking and mess).
-
All shoes, badges and jewellery (e.g. large earrings, necklaces, etc.) must be removed to avoid damage to the equipment and injury to other users. It is recommended that spectacles and plastic alice bands are also removed. Adults must remove high-heeled shoes before stepping on mats.

Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on the age and size of children using it according to the recommendations printed on the equipment (on or near the front step of most inflatables).

Do not allow children to take any hard or sharp objects onto the equipment, or anything large enough to block exits/entrances.
-
Do not allow children to take balloons onto the equipment (burst balloons and strings can be a choking hazard).
-
No party-poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the unit, for which you are liable.
-
No water or other liquid to be poured or sprayed onto the equipment (other than a reasonable amount for cleaning purposes) as it causes the surface of inflatables to become slippery, damages soft play, and can result in subsequent bookings being cancelled if the equipment is too wet to be delivered. If equipment is deliberately soaked you will be charged double your hire fee to cover our costs in subsequent cancelled bookings and drying time.

Inflatables must not be used in wind or wind gusts in excess of 24mph. Inflatables must not be used in heavy rain. Equipment must not be used in Thunder Storms.

No smoking, barbecues, glass or animals on or near the equipment.
-
Reckless or boisterous behaviour must not be allowed.
-
Avoid large children and small children from using the equipment at the same time.
-
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.
-
Children must use slides one at a time and must not climb on the sides of the slide.
-
Slides should be used in a sitting position, feet first – do not allow jumping from the top of the slide.
-
Safety mats must be positioned at the bottom of the slide.
-
Ensure that mats supplied with the equipment remain where they were positioned during installation.
-
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron of the inflatable(s). The step is there to help users get on and off.
-
No-one with a history of back or neck problems should be allowed on the inflatable(s).
-
Do not allow users on the inflatable(s) during inflation or deflation.
-
If the inflatable(s) are not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower(s) off at the mains. IMPORTANT: If more than one blower is being run from a single extension lead you must unplug all but one blower before switching back on, plug the remaining blowers in one at a time only when each inflatable or part is fully inflated.

In the event of rain please remove children from the inflatable(s) and place a table or similar object over the blower(s) to prevent water from being blown inside the inflatable(s). Do not switch the blower(s) off. Once the rain has stopped, please ensure that the entrance and exit to the inflatable(s) are dried with a towel before children are allowed back on as they become slippery when wet.

The hirer prior to collection of the equipment must collect Ball pool balls. Failure of this requirement will result in a £35 collection charge.

Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
-
Should a blower overheat or lose power, immediately remove children from the inflatable and switch the blower off at the mains. It should restart when switched back on again 1 or 2 minutes later. If it does not please inform us on the telephone number above.

We must be advised as soon as possible in the event of any injury requiring professional medical treatment. Treatment must be sought within 2 hours of the injury occurring and a detailed record of the incident and treatment must be provided to us.

On Adult equipment, adults & children cannot use the equipment at the same time.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescription or otherwise) must not use the equipment.
-
You must call us immediately upon any equipment failure. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us immediately.
VI. Soft Play
-
All soft play equipment is suitable for use by children under 6 years. Elite Bounce Ltd strictly prohibits the use of soft play equipment for anyone over the age of 6 years.

The hirer will be deemed to have inspected the equipment and any accessories and will have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless brought to the attention of Elite Bounce Ltd when setting up the equipment.

A competent adult must supervise soft play equipment, over the age of 18 years at all times.
-
No smoking on or within close vicinity of our soft play equipment.
-
Strictly no shoes, sharp objects, food, beverages allowed on soft play mats, ball pools or equipment.
-
The hirer prior to collection of the equipment must collect Ball pool balls. Failure of this requirement will result in a £35 collection charge.
-
Soft play pieces must be placed back in the original set up location ready for collection.
-
The hirer is responsible for the care and security of all soft play equipment, whilst in their possession. Damage to any equipment whilst in the hirers possession will be charged accordingly.

Soft play equipment is sanitised between every hire, however please try to keep the soft play equipment in as clean state as possible, this helps to protect the longevity of our equipment. Please treat our equipment with respect, mistreated; overly dirty equipment, when being collected will incur a £35 cleaning charge.

Party poppers, streamers or silly string is strictly forbidden on the soft play. The dye from these objects can stain the equipment. The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused by use of these objects on the soft play.

The hire period will have been agreed within email prior to delivery of the soft play equipment. Any obstruction by the hirer or their guests will be charged at £35 per hour or part of.

Accidents must be reported in the relevant accident book, including dates and accounts of what occurred and signed by the injured third party representative.

Public liability insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee. Whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.

Elite Bounce Ltd excludes any liability for injury, loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to our terms & conditions.

The hirer is responsible for the care/supervision of all users of soft play equipment. Whilst the equipment is in the hirers possession and control. Liability for injuries or other losses caused, rests solely with the hirer. It is strongly recommend that the hirer have appropriate public liability insurance, covering his/her liability arising from the use of our equipment.
VII. Covid-19
Here at Elite Bounce Ltd we want everyone to be as safe as possible during these challenging times.
All of our equipment will be cleaned and sanitised before delivery. (Please note this may mean on delivery the equipment may be damp/slightly wet but will dry in approx 10 mins)
We will be offering a reduced selection and restricted service of our hire equipment and will be making equipment that we do not deem suitable unavailable to book online at the moment.
Our usual Terms and Conditions of hire have been extended for yours and our safety and these must be agreed and adhered to by the hirer of the equipment. (These will be monitored and updated as required)
1. All bookings to be made via our online booking on website.
2. The Inflatable can and will only be set up in secure rear gardens with gated access. We can not go through the house to make delivery.
3. The inflatable and equipment can only be used by solely by the household members. Under no circumstances can other family members/friends be invited to use the equipment.
4. On delivery access/site for equipment must be clear and any gates left open for us.
5. Customers must maintain social distancing rules while we are setting up/taking down.
6. We will require a power source and would prefer to work from an outdoor socket but would supply a disinfected plug on an extension lead if required for the customer to plug in, obviously adhering to social distancing rules and advising the customer to wash there hands after plugging it in.
7. All payments to be paid online at least 24 hours before hire date.
8. You must agree to our terms and conditions prior to any hire as these will not be paper copies on the day like normal to prevent risk.
9. On collection we will require the inflatable to be left up, this will then be disinfected and put away.
10. If anyone in the household has symptoms or has had symptoms in the previous 14 days of hire date, you must inform us of this and we will cancel to protect everyone.
Elite Bounce Ltd in no way are promoting social gatherings and or parties. The inflatable hired is for the enjoyment only of the household members. Our delivery staff will carry hand sanitiser on the van, they will be using appropriate PPE for each delivery and collection. Used PPE after use will be double bagged and left for 72 hours and then disposed of correctly. All inflatables and accessories will be disinfected before use and upon collection and recorded in our Cleaning Record. Bookings will not be accepted from any customers not meeting or accepting the above terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse any hire upon delivery if the above terms and conditions are nor adhered to. No refunds will be made in these circumstances.
Disclaimer
Please note that all persons using this equipment do so at their own risk. The person / organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. We cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. I acknowledge receipt of the equipment in a good, clean condition and agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above and return the equipment in the same condition it was received in.
